Shows what a state-aware CoC auto-filler looks like: pulls the address, the installer licence, the test readings and the customer details from the job data already on your phone, generates the signed PDF, and emails it before the ute leaves the driveway.

The problem
Every state's CoC / CoES form is different. QLD ESO, NSW Fair Trading, VIC ESV CoES, SA, WA all want the data in their own shape. Most sparkies fill them out by hand on a paper form, photograph it, and email it later that day or the day after. Some use a state-specific portal that is itself slow.
The data on the form is almost always already in the job management system: installer licence, install date, address, customer name, the test readings. The friction is in re-typing it into the right form for the right state with the right tolerances.
What the build would look like
A web app or PWA that the sparky opens on their phone at the end of the job. The job is already in Tradify or ServiceM8 with the address, customer, scope of work. The tool pulls those in, lets the sparky add the test readings (or read them off a Bluetooth meter where supported), runs the tolerance checks for their state, and outputs the signed compliance certificate in the state's exact format.
PDF goes to the customer and the regulator. Job in Tradify gets marked compliance-complete. Photos of the switchboard / installation are attached to the cert and stored.
Every state regulator works differently. The skeleton works in any state; the field mapping is per-regulator. This concept demo shows what one state looks like.
